When I got the item it worked except for the red button and so I emailed support and they instantly were willing to send a replacment. I still love the attention to detail with the entire design and it’s still a very fun toy.

Extremely well made. Though two issues keep it fro. The perfect score.
1. The fact that once the battery pin is pulled(and also subsequently lost or thrown away) you cant hold it at its hilt anymore as to avoid turning it on.
2. The button compartment on the lower end opens way too simple. To the point that just the sonic screwdriver means causing a rattling noise.
