Product was amazing..I highly recommend buying replacement batteries prior to receiving for this product is old and batteries are done for sure and probably buldging. You can use a paperclip to push them out thru little holes on the opposite side..product is as exactly as listed, packaging was excellent. This screwdriver is a must have for any Whovian!!
