Max Holloway is a seasoned mixed martial artist who turned pro in 2010 and quickly rose through the ranks with a dynamic, well-rounded style. With 12 wins by knockout, two by guillotine submission, and 12 by decision, Holloway has proven his versatility in the cage. He was unbeaten at featherweight from 2014 to 2019, going 14-0 during that dominant stretch. Holloway has won five of his last seven fights and holds a notable early-career victory over veteran Harris Sarmiento in 2011, when Sarmiento had already competed in 53 professional bouts. His nickname, Blessed, came from a coach who saw his rapid rise and said, "You're blessed, man," and it stuck.
