And what would a beautiful sunny day be without a perfect pucker? The Bob Ross lip palette is designed in the same style of palette that Bob used to paint his masterpieces. How to Use: Exfoliate the lips using a damp towel or lip exfoliator. Apply primer evenly across lips. Line lips on the edges of your lip line. Apply color starting at the edges of liner and carefully paint until lips are evenly covered. Blot lips and apply a light clear coat of gloss.
