Returns/Exchanges

Return/Exchange Information for Toynk Website orders only -

Changed your mind? Doesn't fit? No worries!  We have an easy 30-day return policy.  Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise. Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund after the item is received by our Returns Department. Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. We do not offer store credits at this time.

Instructions:

  1. Include your original packing slip and write reason for return on the back

  2. If you do not have it, write your full name, order number, phone number, and reason for return.

  3. Ship your return merchandise to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable service through carriers such as UPS, USPS or FedEx. Toynk is not responsible for packages not received if sent by a non-traceable carrier.

Exchanges - If you intend to get another item we do not process/offer direct exchanges. Please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to receive instead. 

Received Wrong or Damaged Item?

In the event the product received was *damaged*, defective, missing items, or the wrong item, please contact help@toynk.com or call 630-656-1074 within 5 days of the delivery date. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will help to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

*Please note that we do not guarantee 'mint packaging' on collectibles and will not consider the item as damaged.*

Return Condition Requirements for Toys & Collectibles -

All merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.  Opened items, products where the factory seal has been broken, or products without the original packaging will not be accepted or credited.

Return Condition Requirements for Costumes, Costume Accessories, and Clothing -

  • Costume returns must include the complete costume and its accessories in the original packaging. Missing costume accessories or costume items returned without the original packaging will not be accepted or credited.

  • Costumes returned loosely with no cardboard insert, UPC, tag, etc will not be credited. Costumes that are returned incomplete with missing pieces will not be credited.

  • Costumes/clothing must not show any sign of use; it must be free of hair, smoke odor, soil, or any damage due to wear.

  • Costumes, footwear, masks and accessories may be tried on for fit, but must not show any sign of use. This also includes boot-tops and shoe covers.

The following items are only eligible for return if they are unopened, not tried on and in its original packaging - 

  • Undergarments, socks, stockings, and hosiery 

  • Artificial hair, prosthetics, fangs, or any other prosthetic mouthpiece

  • Cosmetics, costume make up appliances, false eyelashes, nail art, press-on nails or finger extensions, temporary tattoos, body stickers, and hair color gel

  • Party supplies and Halloween music CD's

Refunds will not be given if the inspected merchandise does not meet any of the guidelines above.
