Return Policy:
RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES
- You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the item 19s final auction value or $5.00; whichever amount is greater. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product either by email (help@toynk.com) or telephone (847-350-0108). Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 7 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
- If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include "Not Mint" packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
- If you receive a damaged item/package, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.
RETURN POLICY FOR COSTUMES
- Most costume items we sell are returnable/exchangeable, if the following guidelines are met. Other costume retailers will tell you that all sales are final, whereas almost every costume item we carry falls under our 7 Day Return Policy. Returns are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the item 19s final auction value or $5.00; whichever amount is greater.
CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
- We MUST BE informed of the return within 10 calendar days of receipt of the item.
- The item MUST BE shipped back to us via a trackable shipping method within 10 calendar days of receipt of the item.
- Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
- The item MUST NOT show any sign of use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
- The item MUST BE free of hair.
- The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.

TO CHECK OUT
- We use an Ebay approved third party checkout system. This system allows us to begin processing every order immediately upon receipt of payment. However, with this speed comes the responsibility of the buyer to be certain that all provided information is correct when completing the checkout process. Unfortunately, we are unable to change information (such as shipping address, quantities, etc.) once you have completed the checkout process. (Yep, even if you send us corrections within a few minutes of paying for an order, that order cannot be changed. Sorry about that.)

- Our checkout system is 100% SAFE and SECURE and approved by Ebay.
- Orders that are not checked out via our checkout system may be significantly delayed and will not be allowed to be canceled.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect Illinois State Sales. All shipments within Illinois will be charged sales tax of 8%.
IF YOU DO NOT PAY
Winning bidder must complete payment within 10 days, unless you are purchasing
multiple items. If payment is not received by the 14th day, you will be reported
to eBay as a non-paying bidder and the item will be re-listed. We also report
ALL non-paying bidders to the following 3 credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and
Transunion. Failure to pay for your auction will show up on your credit report.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We will generally allow a customer to cancel an ebay order prior to shipping. Any and all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the item’s final auction value or an amount of $5.00; whichever amount is greater.
Please note: any return of product is also considered a cancellation of the ebay auction since the transaction was not completed and is also subject to the same fees as listed above.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
- We ship to just about anywhere in the world.
- The cost of shipping and shipping options for your location are displayed near the bottom of this auction.
- We do ship to PO Boxes.
- Multiple auction winners will generally receive a shipping discount. See below. (The exception is items whose individual shipping cost exceed $60.00. For items that have shipping cost that exceed this amount, there will not be any discounts on additional items.) See below.
DISCOUNT ON SHIPPING WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE AUCTIONS
DOMESTIC MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS SHIPPING DISCOUNT
- MUTIPLE AUCTION ORDERS WITHIN THE USA will receive a discount on shipping. The 2nd item shipping price will apply .
- The item with the highest shipping cost will be considered the first item. Each additional item will be shipped at a 30% to 40% discount on the normal shipping price.
- PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive this discount, all items must be checked out in the same order and must be paid for at the same time.
INTERNATIONAL MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS SHIPPING DISCOUNT
- MUTIPLE AUCTION ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY will receive a discount on the shipping cost of each additional item.
- The discount will range between 40% to 60%, depending on country and service, off of each additional items shipping cost.
- The item with the highest shipping cost will be considered the first item. Each additional item will be shipped at a 40% or more discount of the normal shipping.
- PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive this discount, all items must be checked out in the same order and must be paid for at the same time.
- PLEASE NOTE: Combining orders will sometimes cause the available shipping methods to change. However, we will make that appropriate shipping discounts are provided. If there is a problem with the combined shipping charge, please email us.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
In stock orders will generally ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders that have selected express shipping methods will generally ship by the very next business day after payment has cleared.
PLEASE NOTE: Customer is responsible for customs, duties, or brokerage (if applicable) on all international shipments.

NO EBAY AUCTION PICKUPS. THIS AUCTION MUST BE SHIPPED.
