There is a sizing chart available on the right hand side of each costume page. Every manufacturer has its own sizing chart, which can be viewed by clicking the large green size chart button below
the "add to cart button". Costumes tend to run smaller so when in doubt it is best to order a larger size.
Costume Return/Exchange Criteria
⢠The item MUST BE postmark on or prior to 10/24/09.
All returns after this date will be refused and automatically
sent back to sender.
⢠Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
⢠The item MUST NOT show any sign of use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
⢠The item MUST BE free of hair.
⢠The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.
⢠Any refunds due, will be processed through whichever
method of payment used for the order minus any shipping charges.

⢠If you need a different size or costume, we strongly recommend that you place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item may be out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s).
All of our costumes are brand new and come direct from the manufacturer. However, occasionally there can be a missing piece from the costume or due to shipping carriers may arrive damaged. Please send an email to Help@Toynk.com to receive a replacement or return authorization.
If the âAdd to Cartâ button is visible to the right of the product then that costume is in stock and available for shipment.
The only exception would be if *Pre-Order" is at the beginning of the item
title.
If the item says, âPre-orderâ in the item title that indicates the item is NOT in stock but is on order from the manufacturer. You may still order the item and we will ship once the item becomes available.
You will receive a tracking email once the order ships.
Add your item(s) to your cart. At the bottom/middle of the screen enter your zip code in the box and click âGoâ. Your total to the right will update to reflect shipping costs and offers you different shipping options via the drop down button. This option is for U.S. shipments only.

*Personal Checks (allow up to 20 days for check to clear)

We are required by law to collect Illinois State Sales Tax of 8.5% for all orders shipping to Illinois only.
If you completed the checkout process correctly you will receive an order number on the last screen. Toynk order numbers are in the following format, 2009-xx-xxxxx. In addition, we will send an order confirmation to the email address that you provided us when placing the order.
Toynk processes orders very quickly, therefore any changes to your order must be made asap. If the order has not been processed you can make changes by logging in to your account and selecting the order to be changed. Otherwise, you can send an email to help@toynk.com or contact customer service at 847-350-0108 during normal business hours M-F and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
In stock orders will generally ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (m-f) after payment has cleared. Orders that have selected express shipping methods will generally ship by the very next business day after payment has cleared.
Once the order has left the warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation via the email address you provided when you placed the order. If the carrier chosen provides a tracking number you will receive that info via email. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders for these emails as sometimes they end up in there. Arrival times are estimates only and will be based upon shipping level, carrier and destination location.
To check the status of a domestic shipment with a carrier tracking/delivery number, please visit the appropriate website and select the track a package option or contact the carrier directly by phone.
