2009 HALLOWEEN SEASON COSTUME
RETURN POLICY
Can I Return My Order?
After 10/24/09 all
costume sales are final.
CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
*The item MUST
BE postmarked on or prior to 10/24/09.
No returns are permitted after this date.
*Returns MUST
INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without
original packaging will not be credited.
*The item MUST
NOT show any sign of use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign
of use.
*The item MUST
BE free of hair.
*The item MUST
BE free of smoke smell.
The
following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened,
original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
*Undergarments,
socks and stockings
*Shoes
& Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for
indoor use only or one time wear)
*CD's
Wigs, beards, facial hair or any
other artificial hair
Prosthetics, fangs or any other
fake teeth
*Cosmetics
*Party Supplies

OPTIONS
Customers are responsible for the return cost and must ship the item(s) back via
a trackable shipping method.
Exchange –
Exchanges
are permitted if we have the item in stock. We will ship the new item, upon
receipt of the return, via UPS Ground shipping at no additional cost.
If the exchange is needed by a
certain date we strongly
recommend that you place a new order for the needed replacement item(s). Ship
the items needed to be returned back for a refund. This is because the desired item
may be out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest
delivery of your replacement item(s).
Return –
Upon receipt
of the returned item, the customer will be issued a
refund minus shipping.Exchanges will
generally be processed within 3-5 days during the Halloween season. Please allow
up to 4 weeks for cash/credit refunds to be processed during the Halloween
season.
Other Notes:
Returns of 3 or more
items from the same order are subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
Any item returned that falls outside our normal return guidelines
is subject to a minimum 15% handling charge.
Please double-check that you have included all of the costume and packaging
prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. This includes unauthorized
refused packages.
If you need a different size
or costume, we strongly
recommend that you place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and
return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item
may be out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest
delivery of your replacement item(s).

costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s
production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always
notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in
the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank
you for your understanding with this issue.
